Q. Are your products 100% vegan?

A. Yes. They are hand made in a 100% vegan environment. All ingredients are 100% vegan and the creators are 100% happy vegans too.

Q. Are your products suitable for those with nut allergies?

A. Some of our products do contain nuts and all products are made in an environment which handles nuts therefore we cannot guarantee that the nut free items would be suitable.

Q. How do i order?

A. Click on 'order now' and fill out the form with all the details of what you would like to order. We will then recieve your order and email you back with details of how to pay.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. We accept paypal and personal cheques.

Q. When do i pay for my order?

A. You pay when you place your order. We will contact you after you have submitted your order using the 'order now' feature.

Q. How is my order delivered?

A. All orders are posted out using Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery. This ensures that you get your goods the fastest and freshest way possible.

Please make sure that you provide and address whereby someone will be in to sign for them upon delivery. Upon arrival please place them into the fridge to ensure maximum freshness and long lasting quality.

We will send you an email to let you know that your order has been posted and that you can expect it the following day.

We aim to get your orders made and out to you within 5 days but during busy periods please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If you have a specific date that you would like an order please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate this.

Q. Can i order mixed bags of chocolates?

A. No.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. We only ship within the UK.

Q. What is the best way to store my order?

A. In your fridge.

Q. How long will my order keep?

A. In the fridge it will keep for a week.

Any time after this the quality will be compromised.

Q. Do you do sell your products anywhere else?

A. Yes. If you are interested in buying our products for your establishment to sell then please feel free to get in touch.

Q. Do you ever do stalls at fairs?

A. Yes. We regularly attend craft fairs and suchlike.
